Deleting your TamerX account removes your personal information from our systems. Here is exactly what that covers.
What will be deleted
- Your name, phone number and company
- Your saved addresses
- Your saved credit cards, also removed from our payment processor
- Your cart, wishlist and product alerts
- Your newsletter subscription
- Your reviews, browsing and search history
What we keep, and why
- Your orders, with invoices and credit memos
- Return and warranty records
- Tax and accounting records
These records are kept as required by law and are no longer connected to a usable account.
