The terms, conditions, and details of our warranty vary from product to product. Specific warranty details can be found below.

Tamerx Diesel Products provides a replacement warranty on all of our parts. The duration and mileage limitations of the warranty vary by product and are specified on the product's detail page/item listing.

Please note that the warranty covers replacement of the part and the cost of shipping the replacement part to you only. It does not cover any shop, labor, towing, or any similar or related costs. This is not a "money back guarantee".

If you experience a problem with your part or it is not functioning properly, the correct warranty procedure is to call us at (510) 257-1777 (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET Monday through Friday). Be sure to have your order number and/or other relevant order information ready so we can easily locate your order and resolve your issue as quickly as possible. From that point, we will review with you any troubleshooting steps that may need to be taken and other areas or systems that can be checked to rule out external problems contributing to your part's issue. If a replacement is determined to be necessary, we will then arrange for your replacement part to ship out ASAP and issue any necessary return shipping labels and/or documents.

As is the case for the majority of the diesel products sold on Tamerx Diesel Products, your part's warranty is active as soon as you install it. In some other cases, warranty activation is contingent upon you sending us your core (i.e., your old part). Tamerx Diesel Products will provide you a return shipping label for parts that have a warranty with a core return condition. When we have received your core return, the part's warranty coverage begins. We reserve the right to void the product warranty if your core is not received within the allotted time, or if it isn't received at all. If the warranty for the diesel part you are purchasing has a core return requirement, it will be clearly noted on the product detail page/item listing.

What is a Core Charge?

A core charge (also called "core deposit") is similar to the deposit you might pay for a can or bottle of soda and is a standard requirement in the auto parts industry. For example, in many states, to promote recycling, you pay a deposit when you purchase a can of soda and receive your deposit back when you return the empty can. Many automotive parts have a core charge, or core price, that works in essentially the same way as a soda can deposit.

30 Day Core Charge Hold

You authorize Tamerx Diesel Products, to hold your credit card for the specified core charge amount and that you agree to return your core with 30 days of receiving the purchased part. When we have received your core return, the hold is released and the core charge payment is canceled.

The Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) sensor is a key component in modern emissions systems, providing real-time feedback on NOx levels in the exhaust to help the engine control unit (ECU manage diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) dosing and maintain emissions compliance. For Cummins QSB 6.7L and ISX15 engines from 2013–2021, accurate NOx sensing is critical to keeping the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system working efficiently. The Cummins QSB 6.7L, ISX15 NOx Sensor OEM 4326862 from Tamerx Diesel Parts is designed to meet strict OEM standards, making it a dependable choice for replacing worn or malfunctioning sensors.

  • Provides accurate NOx monitoring to deliver real-time exhaust data that helps the ECU optimize DEF dosing, supporting cleaner exhaust output and emissions compliance

  • Exact fit for Cummins QSB 6.7L & ISX15 engines (2013–2021) ensuring correct installation, seamless integration, and reliable operation with factory emissions systems

  • Supports efficient SCR performance by helping maintain proper diesel exhaust fluid balance and reducing the risk of emissions-related fault codes

  • Built to OEM specifications (4326862) offering dependable durability, consistent performance, and full compatibility with original NOx sensor hardware

Replacing a failing NOx sensor with the Cummins QSB 6.7L, ISX15 NOx Sensor OEM 4326862 from Tamerx Diesel Parts helps restore proper emissions system monitoring and supports long-term exhaust performance. Investing in an OEM-matched NOx sensor ensures your engine maintains accurate NOx measurement, helping protect your emissions system and keep your vehicle operating as expected.

A NOx sensor is a vital part of the emissions system, measuring nitrogen oxide levels and helping the engine and aftertreatment components operate correctly. While NOx sensors are sensitive components, proper maintenance and operating habits can help reduce premature failure and improve reliability.

  • Use high-quality DEF: Clean, manufacturer-approved diesel exhaust fluid helps prevent contamination and sensor damage.

  • Maintain the exhaust system: Proper DOC, DPF, and SCR operation reduces excessive heat and contaminants reaching the sensor.

  • Address warning lights promptly: Early diagnosis of emissions faults helps prevent sensor overload or failure.

  • Avoid exhaust leaks: Leaks can cause inaccurate readings and force the sensor to work outside normal ranges.

  • Keep engine operation clean: Proper fuel combustion reduces soot and residue buildup on the sensor.

  • Inspect wiring and connectors: Heat and vibration can damage sensor wiring, leading to false failures.

Extending the life of a NOx sensor depends on overall emissions system health and timely maintenance. By keeping related components in good condition and responding quickly to issues, vehicle owners can support accurate readings and long-term sensor reliability.

NOx sensors are built for extended service life, but exposure to high temperatures and exhaust contaminants can shorten their lifespan. Regular engine diagnostics help catch early signs of wear or failure.

Unlike some other engine sensors, NOx sensors are not typically cleaned because internal sensing elements can be damaged or worn. Once they begin to fail, replacement is usually the best solution.

Yes, a properly functioning NOx sensor ensures accurate emissions feedback and helps the engine control unit optimize the exhaust treatment systems. This contributes to more effective emissions reduction.

You might see emissions or DEF system warnings, reduced power notifications, or a check engine light. These alerts help signal that the emissions monitoring system needs attention.
